Conclusion

It’s important to keep in mind that everyone has unique hearing abilities and preferences, meaning that results may differ from person to person. Upon starting my Tacoma and playing a song, I immediately observed that the sound was slightly louder than before. At low volumes, I didn’t notice much of a change in sound quality apart from the increased volume. However, as I turned up the volume, the audio became noticeably more distinct. Typically, I tend to turn the treble down on my audio system since my ears are sensitive to high-pitched sounds. However, with the Kicker tweeters, I ended up increasing the treble to normal levels because the audio was coming through much clearer.

After using the Kicker tweeters for a few weeks, I’m thoroughly enjoying the difference they make. One thing to keep in mind is that the sound might be louder in the front of the truck than the rear. You may need to experiment with the sound settings a bit to get it just right for you.
